Victoria Nelson
Administrator
Victoria is a proud graduate of Purdue University and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration. Victoria is responsible for all aspects of training, development and consulting of Senior Living Administration and Management for Florida ALF, Inc. She has been a featured presenter and guest expert speaker for several Senior Living events, forums and training seminars throughout the country. She is a licensed Administrator in Assisted Living in the State of Florida as well as being certified in Extended Congregate Care. Victoria is well regarded as an expert in her field. She is responsible for the redesign and resurrection of a closed and vacant assisted living property into southwest Florida's finest memory care community.


Pamela Lucas, RN, CCM, CDMS
Director of Health and Wellness
Pam is a Registered Nurse with over 40 years of nursing experience. Throughout her remarkable career, Pam has worked in nearly every aspect of nursing. After 13 years of providing nursing care in hospitals, Pam applied her knowledge and experience to her own disability management company, which provided management services for workers compensation, personal injury, and injury invoice audits. For over 20 years, as the Medical Director of her company, Pam directly supervised a national network of nurses for corporations such as ConAgra, RR Donnelly and Sons, among others. Lured out of early retirement, Pam was asked to be team lead at American Imaging Management where she supervised over 70 nurses. For the last year our residents and their families have had the privilege of Pam's experience, expertise and compassionate care.


Pascal Guillembet
Executive Chef
Pascal is a world-class chef with over 40 years of culinary arts experience. Pascal has been responsible for opening or reorganizing restaurants and kitchen food production in some of the finest hotels, restaurants and senior living communities around the world. In addition to his expertise in large commercial fine food production and presentation, Pascal has also enjoyed success running his own bakery. We are excited and privileged to feature Pascal's fine culinary skills for the benefit of our residents and their families.
